BIO

I am Poland based visual artist traveling and being exhibited worldwide. I have personal deep interest in human being and exploring it's beauty of complexity in my visual and other film projects.

I practice conceptual photography based on staged surreal scenes related to daily life. Since I am also fascinated with reality and it's dramas, I have started directing author-orientated documentaries. 

As a director I have experience in making content and events videos, shorts and corporate movies.

My Work Ethics

I have experienced myself, that media industry can be rife with toxic work environments, where media professionals face verbal abuse, intimidation, especially in high-pressure or politically sensitive situations. 

I am a video director who leads with integrity, fostering a fair, inclusive set and honest storytelling. I balance creativity with strong ethical values, ensuring transparency and respect in every production.

This is why I provide ethical values while preparing videos and on the set:

  • Committing to honest, authentic narratives rather than misleading or exploitative content.
  • Leading with empathy, valuing input, and fostering a culture of teamwork.
  • Providing transparent direction, constructive feedback, and open dialogue to keep everyone aligned.

    • Biography Facts

    Aneta Novitzka went on along journey from photojournalism through narrative photography to visual art and directing.

    Her works had been exhibited in Berlin, Warsaw, Buenos Aires, New York, during Cannes Art Fair and Miami ArtSpectrum.

    She won the First Prize in the category of Photography at Biennial of Contemporary Art 2016 in Argentina with her project ICONS. She received honorable mention during Versilia Biennale of Art in ITALY 2017 and several Honorable Mentions from International Photography Contest (IPA) and PX3 Prix de la Photographies Paris. She lately received grant from national newspaper to spend time in LA having mentoring sessions.
