It is a series of short videos, where I explore all aspects of longing, when a close person is missing in one's life.

Story
I'm still waiting is a video letter is aimed to a mother, that is simply gone. The character in the movie still tries to search her traces. She goes to one of the favourites little town of her mother, and to other cities and even flies to New York; she is so desperate to find anything connected to her mother. On a search for something that could lead her to her mother, she begins to search in details, abstract things, traces of light, whispers.
She may even, like mythical characters go from heaven to hell just to finally find the answer for herself.
I still walk with you
Story
I still walk with you is a firstletter to my mum, that I wrote&filmed from Iceland. It was the only artistic activity I was able to express.
It is an intimate relation, where the Icelandiclandscape plays one of the dramatic roles.
It is a story of a longing and loss.
Film remains a "naïve" art, and a child’s postcard sent from holidays, when one's know, that the recipient does not exists anymore.
